● 1 cup chopped broccoli
● 2 large eggs, beaten
● 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
● 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
● 2 slices gluten free bread

● 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
● 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
● 1/2 onion cut into wedges 
3 cloves garlic, peeled
● 1 egg
● 1 tsp. chili powder
● 1 tsp. cumin
● 1 tsp. Thai chili sauce or hot sauce
