Do you like Blondies?? ME TOO!!!!!!!
So when I found this recipe on CleanFoodCrush I absolutely had to try it!
Let me tell you – it did NOT disappoint.

Flourless-Moist-Gooey-SIMPLE & NO added refined sugar
1 (15oz) can garbanzo beans/chickpeas
½ cup almond butter
1/3 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey
1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼-1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Rinse, drain and DRY the chickpeas with paper towels
Preheat oven to 350 F
Line an 8X8” pan with parchment paper
In a food processor, add in all the ingredients – except the chocolate chips
Process until just smooth. Add in the chips and pulse for just a second until just combined.
Transfer the batter to your pan and smooth out the top with a rubber spatula.
Bake for 20-25 minutes (I baked for 20minutes) – they may look underdone but DO NOT over bake- that will DRY them out.
Remove from oven and allow to sit for at least 15 minutes before removing and slicing into the bars.
Cut into 16 bars
