It’s funny how I go through phases in my business and the same question pops up over and over at a given time.
I take it as a sign that it’s something that should be addressed publicly and it’s my duty to speak to YOU directly.
I can’t tell you how many times people ask me what I eat or what I AVOID eating that helps me stay in shape and energized. They are looking for the magic combo for weightloss- here’s the thing- while I’m happy to share this info, it doesn’t mean that they are going to get the same great results that I do.
I completely get it though! I can’t tell you how many years I would pour over fitness sites, magazines and books looking for the right combo. Following the routine and eating plans of fitness models trying to get the same results they did.
Some things would work for a bit, until they didn’t… Most things made me feel worse- so I would cut out even more foods and exercise even HARDER. I spent more time spinning my wheels for WORSE results. I spent MORE time in the gym. I ate less. I felt like crap and was miserable!
Can you relate??
I hear so often people say ‘I’m just gonna cut out carbs or I’m just gonna cut out dairy..’ -without even knowing if those are the things that are really hampering their weight loss. Heads up- If you love dairy and you take a wild guess that this is an issue for you- then you could be missing out big time! Not to mention if that is not the culprit- you are still not going to get the results you want.
The thing is, I made an investment in myself to discover what works for best for ME.
I sleep better, my moods are better, my relationships have improved because my anxiety is gone, I have more energy-more clarity, my cellulite has reduced dramatically, my headaches are gone, my hot flashes are gone and I have lost weight by default!!! Seriously- CRAZY!!!
So what did I do to change this?
I followed a system that healed me from the inside out. I learned more in the first few weeks, than I had in over 20 years of study. I put the time in, I was coachable and I followed a simple-yet detailed system. Best Investment EVER!!! Being empowered with the knowledge of which foods are best for me and what I need take in and how I need to exercise has turned the quality of my life around!
Then I pestered the founder of said system to certify and license me so I could help others- because seriously– this is the missing link. In all my years of coaching- I knew this was the next level and it was time to step up because folks like you need this!
